The A14B1p5M is a low-power analog to digital converter (ADC) intellectual property (IP) design block. It is a successive approximation register (SAR) ADC, with a 14-bit resolution, and a sampling speed of 1.5 megasamples per second (MSPS). The A14B1p5M is a unique solution that provides the dual benefits of high resolution and power consumption of only 2.9 mW, making it a perfect fit for applications that demand state-of-the-art performance while maintaining a very tight power budget. The advanced IP block has been designed for the XFAB 180nm process to provide superior performance/power specifications.
